| MDC Ltd has a contract with the university of Glamorgan to run
fast-track MSc top up programmes for professionally qualified people.
MDC is responsible for the promotion and administration of the
off-campus programme. The university is responsible for all
academic matters and the awarding of the Masters degree. The
university of Glamorgan is a UK university recognised by the UK
government as having degree awarding powers see
